Fransisco Goya

Francisco Goya is the name, as well as the driving force behind the Goya brand. Born in Argentina, he moved to Maui to pursue a career in windsurfing, which culminated in his PWA Wave World Title in 2000. Now, after focusing on starting a family, Francisco has decided to support the sport that he loves. He started the Goya brand to bring the spirit and soul back to the sport. "My ultimate goal is to remind people why they started windsurfing in the first place. To have fun. I want people to remember that!" - Francisco Goya With that goal in mind, Francisco has built Goya Windsurfing up from the base. He has been intimately involved in all aspects of the company, from conception, to board and sail design, graphics, and marketing strategies. Francisco has been able to take his passion for windsurfing, and turn it into a drive to spread that passion.
