DMS - Draft Moving System

This is the first time MFC have introduced a new concept of foil section called DMS (draft-moving-system). The DRAFT (maximum thickness of the fin) is usually around 30% of the length of the cord, but we try to move it to give more speed and control to the fin. After much testing, according to the total length of the fin we have in the first part of it (it could be the first 10cm, 15cm, 18cm, etc.etc.) the draft at 30% of the width of the cord to allow the board easy planning, lift and control, but slowly going down to the tip the draft is moving to 50% of the width of the cord to give more control and reducing the drag at Hi-Speed. We realize that this is the solution to allow your board to have faster response during your hardcore carving in your surfing, to reach a superior speed for jumping, and to give more control in your freeride sailing.
