Laminated Fins

Some of our fins are made in polyester material and are pre-shaped by CNC machine.

We hand-laminate the polyester panel, and when it's ready we set it on our machines steel tables; from here we have the file-program of the fin (that we previously designed) that we want to shape and the machine does it all.

Once the fin is shaped we finished by hand-sanding and we are ready to screen the graphic for each different model.

All the fins are exactly the same and perfectly symmetrical due to the High-tolerances of our CNC machines.
